In Britain we have a cheapened version of The View where a panel of women spout nonsense; it is appropriately called "Loose Women".
Well done that teacher for saying "religion/creationism is nonsense"! If the constitution forbids this (and I'm not sure it does) then the constitution needs updating, just as it does in the area of the right to bear arms.
