I quite like "bright" as a term but can see how it may be perceived as arrogant. I prefer "Realist" to "Atheist" but don't mind being called an "unbeliever" because all those terms are, in my view, correct. The suggestion of calling those who believe in some form of deity "supers" is inspired! It has the kind of ironic ring to it that would be lost on most of them! Ultimately, if memetic evolution goes the right way, "theists" will become extinct (or confined to history/mythology books).

I was a member of the brights - because of Denneth, Dawkins and Harris or Hitchens. But I don't feel for it.
I prefer to be called atheist, rationalist, realist, unbeliever or hummanist.
