The exorcism of John by Christian exorcist Bob Larson. The exorcism was dramatic & realistic & no explanation was given at the end for John's behavior.

The sales pitch for the recently released DVD goes "You've seen the exorcism, now buy the DVD"
That is from Wiki, so who knows, but... um... WTF?
LOL!!! this was my favourite show on telly when it was on a few years back.. JOHN SAFRAN IS A COMEDIAN!! it doesnt need an explanation to his behavior; if you saw the series you would get it.
please watch it, they have most of them on youtube.
There are times during both exorcisms, when John seems to be trying to stifle a laugh.
Also love that the pastor couldn't just finish the exorcism in one session. For some reason, he had to do the rest in front of a huge group of (paying?) people in a hotel.
And the fact that he chose African American people to throw out the African demons was kind of mortifying/funny/like something out of the Office.
Yeah, I've only just discovered this show and have watched 4 or 5 episodes...But then the one w/the exorcism had me scratching my head for a minute...That was about it before I decided it was a masterful stroke of comedy...I mean, as an atheist, you can't condemn the thiest's for their idiotic ideas, and then take yourself so seriously that the joke can't be on you.....Enjoy for what is, theater! (BTW..I'm only signing on as anonymous because I'm too lazy to create an open ID)
The exorsist might as well be a hypnotist. He created an excpectation for john and it seems john is highly suggestable. the exorsist is a show man but I imagine he probably believes what he is doing is true.
