Donald Trump anti-Semitic alt-right
Are there anti-Semitic people involved in the alt-right? Absolutely.
Are there racist people involved in the alt-right? Absolutely.
But I don't believe that the movement overall is anti-Semitic.

Apple Helps Cops Hide Police Brutality
The rapid emergence of smart phones with high definition cameras leads to consequences for law-breaking cops. Recently, law enforcement has throughout the country has been trying to pass laws that would make it illegal to film them while they're on duty. But Apple is coming out with a new technology that would put all the power in a cop's hands.

Oops! Cops “Accidentally" Kill Two More Black People
Police officials admit to shooting two innocent individuals accidentally. 19 year old Quintonio Legrier and 55 year old Bettie Jones were shot by police in two separate incidents.
Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian (The Point) hosts of The Young Turks discuss.
“Already rocked by protests over a string of officer-involved shootings, the Chicago Police Department is offering ‘condolences’ for two more victims: a student and a grandma.
He was a promising engineering student who grew up in foster care and was determined to make something of himself. She was a mother of five who loved church and dancing, and had just hosted her family Christmas.
In the early hours of Dec. 26, both were killed by Chicago cops responding to a 911 call over the student—a heartbreaking incident that comes weeks after the U.S. Department of Justice announced an investigation into the Chicago Police Department’s use of excessive force against minorities.
Authorities confirmed a Chicago police officer “accidentally” shot Bettie Jones, 55, as she answered the door for police, who had arrived after her neighbor Antonio LeGrier, the father of 19-year-old Quintonio LeGrier, reported a domestic disturbance.”

Cop: "Buy these, or I take your car"
New cell phone footage shows a cop giving two tickets after asking to be paid for them. "Either you buy these, or I take your car." Cenk Uygur and John Iadarola (Think Tank), hosts of the The Young Turks, break it down. Tell us what you think in the comment section below.
"Philadelphia police officer Matthew Zagursky is under investigation after video went viral of him extorting a driver to buy tickets to a police fundraiser or have his car confiscated.
The 32-year-old officer, who is reportedly a nine-year veteran of the department, can be heard telling the unnamed driver, “You and your friend got any money to buy these thrill show tickets? Support your police department. Ten bucks each, man.””

Naked Woman Handcuffed In Her Own House
In Chandler Arizona there is another case of police abuse, this time involving a naked woman handcuffed in her own home.
Cenk Uygur, Ana Kasparian (The Point), Ben Mankiewicz (What The Flick ?!), and Maz Jobrani hosts of The Young Turks discuss.

“Woman is suing after an Arizona police officer barged into her home in March, handcuffed her and lectured her while she was naked.
Elmerelda Rossi was showering when two Chandler police officers arrived at her home to investigate a domestic disturbance call because Rossi had an argument with her estranged husband, ABC 15 reports.
Rossi told ABC 15 she was in the shower when her daughter told her the officers were at the door. She grabbed a towel and slung it around herself before answering. She told the officers to wait at the door so she could get a cell phone to record the encounter, and closed it behind her.
“I start to walk into my living room, I probably get maybe five steps in, and all of the sudden I just hear boots running in after me, telling me, ‘stop or I’ll arrest you,'” she told the station.”

Police Raid Marijuana Shop, Then Eat Merchandise [VIDEO]
Sky High Holistic is a marijuana dispensary in Orange County California. It was raided for allegedly not operating with the proper license. The owners are suing claiming the police only raided because they didn't pay the mayor of Santa Ana a bribe. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian (The Point) hosts of The Young Turks discuss.
"The mayor of Santa Ana is named in a lawsuit which alleges the city was clawing in money from bribes in return for guaranteeing a licence to distribute marijuana.
It comes nearly three weeks after the raid of pot shop Sky High Holistic was caught on surveillance video that appeared to show questionable behavior by 10 officers.
Santa Ana mayor Miguel Pulido was named in the suit along with city employee Yvette Aguilar and the city itself. It alleges the city solicited $25,000 payments and gifts from marijuana dispensaries which would guarantee businesses would be granted a license in a lottery system. It also claims police were used to shut down operations that did not pay up."

Police Kill Americans At Stunning Rates, Here Are The Numbers
"U.S. police have shot and killed 385 people during the first five months of this year, a rate of more than two a day, the Washington Post reported on Saturday.
The death rate is more than twice that tallied by the federal government over the past decade, a count that officials concede is incomplete, the newspaper said.
The analysis is based on data the Post is compiling on every fatal shooting by police in 2015, as well as of every officer killed by gunfire in the line of duty.
"We are never going to reduce the number of police shootings if we don't begin to accurately track this information," said Jim Bueermann, president of the Police Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving law enforcement."

Cop Returned To Streets After Killing Unarmed Man, Kills Again
"Before Officer Stephen Rankin fatally shot 18-year-old William Chapman, when an autopsy found the first unarmed man he killed was shot 11 times, residents of this city in southern Virginia voiced their dismay on the website of a local newspaper.
“Talk to the men and women in our armed forces who face people with weapons every day,” wrote one. “You don’t use deadly force against unarmed citizens – ever.”
One commenter, however, stood out for his combative endorsement of Rankin’s actions during the April 2011 encounter with Kirill Denyakin, a 26-year-old Kazakhstani cook."

Cop Kicks Black Man In Face In Brutal Video
"A Dover, Del., police officer who faced no criminal charges in 2013 for knocking a surrendering man unconscious with a jaw-breaking kick could face jail time, after all.
In 2013, then-attorney general Beau Biden (Vice President Joe Biden’s son) failed to get a grand jury indictment against Cpl. Tom Webster for injuring Lateef Dickerson without cause. But a judge in a civil rights lawsuit recently ruled that a video of the event could be released publicly, and current Attorney General Matt Denn brought the case again, resulting in an indictment for second-degree assault Monday.
In the aftermath of Ferguson, Mo., video evidence has played a decisive role in at least one case against a police officer accused of excessive force against black suspects. In North Charleston, S.C., police brought murder charges against the officer who shot a fleeing black man in the back and then appeared to plant evidence to suggest the man had been armed with a Taser. Officials admitted that no charges would have been brought if a bystander had not recorded the shooting."

Latest Police Neglect Victim: Freddie Gray Dies Of A Severed Spine
Police chiefs in Baltimore retreated on Friday from earlier claims that Freddie Gray, whose death has caused an outcry, must have been injured inside the van carrying him after his arrest.
They said they were investigating what happened during one of the stops made by the vehicle.
Asked whether Gray was fatally hurt by a so-called “rough ride” without a seatbelt in the back of the vehicle, or could have been injured outside the van, police commissioner Anthony Batts said at a press conference there were 'potentials for both of those.'"

Police Electrocuted Man To Death For Sagging Pants
Ervin Leon Edwards, 38, died face down in a jail cell after a half-dozen officers held him down and tasered him, then left him for dead.
His crime? Police were questioning him about an argument with his girlfriend and then began harassing him over his “sagging pants,” according to the lawsuit. He was arrested moments later and brought to the West Baton Rouge jail.
As Edwards was being arrested, for seemingly no reason, he began to voice his discontent. Nonetheless, officers still managed to restrain him and bring him to jail.
During the arrest, police threatened to taser Edwards at which point his girlfriend begged them not to because of Edward’s high blood pressure, according to the lawsuit.
What happens next can only be described as gross criminal negligence on behalf of Port Allen Police.
Jayar Jackson (http://www.twitter.com/jayarjackson) Michael Shure (http://www.twitter.com/michaelshure) and Jimmy Dore (http://www.twitter.com/jimmy_dore) hosts of The Young Turks break it down.

LAPD Kills Autistic Man And Gets $2 Million Award
Two LAPD officers who fatally shot an unarmed man in 2010 were awarded a total of nearly $4 million last week in a discrimination lawsuit that accused the department of treating them unfairly because they are Latino.
Officers Allan Corrales, 35, and George Diego, 34, simply did “what they were trained to do” when they shot and killed an unarmed man with autism, their attorney, Gregory W. Smith, told The LA Times.”
